From being an idealist to pursuing law school, my journey eventually led me to embark on a venture in ethical and sustainable jewelry, despite starting with zero knowledge and experience after spending years as a legal counsel in the corporate world.
Stepping into the atelier for the first time was a shock; the task of transforming massive rocks into exquisite gems seemed insurmountable - for me. Yet, I soon realized that every challenge has a solution. What initially appeared as an immovable rock gradually revealed itself to be navigable terrain as I delved into discovery of creating amazing jewelry.
Over the years, I honed my skills—from building a webshop to mastering photography, managing cash flow, orchestrating sales events, and participating in major jewelry fairs. It was a journey of trial and error, with my primary focus on sustaining my business and supporting my team.
However, it wasn't until I sought the guidance of a coach that everything clicked into place. And all of these years ‘suddenly’ I transformed my business from zero to €400k in sales (€300k profit), winning multiple awards for sustainability, securing over 20 international selling points, and garnering recognition in prestigious publications such as Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, ELLE and more.
